DeltaOne CRM services are available through a subscription plan. You can choose either a monthly or annual plan depending on your preference. All charges are non-refundable once processed, regardless of your usage during the billing cycle.

3. Refund and Cancellation

• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. If you cancel before the end of the current cycle, you will not be charged for the next cycle. However, no refunds will be given for the current cycle.
• Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once the payment is made, no refunds will be issued, even if you cancel before the next billing cycle starts.
