- Standard Refunds: Passengers are eligible for a full refund for flights canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: Certain promotional fares and special event bookings are non-refundable. However, partial refunds or travel credit may be available based on specific conditions.
- Refund Processing: Refund requests are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise stated.
- Cancelled Flights by DeltaOne: If DeltaOne cancels a flight due to weather, operational issues, or other reasons, passengers will be provided with a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
- Refund for Services: If additional services (e.g., seat upgrades, baggage fees, or lounge access) are paid for but not used due to cancellations, a full refund will be issued.
2. Cancellations
We understand that plans may change. Here’s our cancellation policy:
- Free Cancellations: Passengers can cancel their booking with no penalty if done within 24 hours of booking, as long as the booking was made at least 7 days before departure.
- Cancellation Fees: After the 24-hour window, cancellations may incur a fee. The fee will depend on the ticket class, time of cancellation, and any applicable special conditions.
- Non-Refundable Fares: For non-refundable tickets, cancellations will not result in a refund, but you may be eligible for a travel credit for future bookings.
- Changes and Rescheduling: In case of cancellation, you can opt for rescheduling your flight, subject to availability and any applicable fare differences.
